We thoughtfully handcraft each piece of jewelry just for you. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be created before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

  • FREE Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-5 business days | Free shipping on orders over $100

    • Processing Time: 3-7 business days to craft product

    • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days via USPS

  • Standard Shipping (US) :
    • 3-5 business days
  • Economy (US):
    • 5 to 8 business days

  • Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.


Returns 

We want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved making it. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Return must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Permanent jewelry or any items marked final sale

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at thebeambar@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll send return instructions if your item is eligible

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method (minus shipping)

Exchanges:
If you’d like to swap your item for another, we’re happy to help based on availability. Just mention it in your email.
